PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cover plate with a built-in antenna for a vehicle which receives a radio wave in a simple structure. SOLUTION: An engine undercover 10 includes: a body 11 of an insulator which is insulated from a metallic vehicle frame and mounted on a lower surface of a vehicle; a metal wire 20 that is an antenna element provided on a vehicle side surface of the body 11; and an amplifier 21 in which a ground line 22 is connected to the metallic vehicle frame and a radio signal received by the metal wire 20 of the antenna element is amplified and output.
