PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a highly convenient hearing aid attachment device and a method for using the same. SOLUTION: The hearing aid attachment device is provided with: a body case 9; a holding portion 10 installed at the top end side of the body case 9; and a holding release portion 11 installed at the rear end side of the body case 9 rather than the holding portion 10. The holding portion 10 is configured so that a battery case 4 extracted from the hearing aid can be held so as to be freely attached/detached, and the holding release portion 11 is configured to release the holding of the battery case 4 by the holding portion 10, and to push the battery case 4 into the hearing aid.
