摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an imaging unit in which the position alignment between a light receiving element array and a microlens array is easy. SOLUTION: The imaging unit includes a microlens array 10 in which a plurality of microlenses 11 is arrayed, a light receiving element array 20 which light-receives a luminous flux from an optical system through the microlens array 10, a plurality of light receiving element 21 being arrayed corresponding to each of the microlenses 11, a first spherical member receiving part 12-14 provided in a predetermined position of the face opposedly facing to the light receiving element array 20 of the microlens array 10, a second spherical member receiving part 22-24 provided in a position opposedly facing to the first spherical member receiving part 12-14 of the light receiving element array 20, a spherical member 32 sandwichedly held between the first spherical member receiving part 12-14 and the second spherical member receiving part 22-24, and a plurality of spacers 31, 33 which determines the interval between the micro lens array 10 and the light receiving element array 20 together with the spherical member 32, being provide between the microlens array 10 and the light receiving element array 20.
