PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system capable of easily and systematically printing a print not only reflecting an intention of a printing side but also meeting a need of a user on a receiving side. SOLUTION: When a conference system inquiry part 11 acquires conferee information, a level determination part 13 determines which level each personal information corresponds to, based on attributes of each personal information of the conferee information. A printing set information reflection part 14 reflects the content of a printing set information table by level 12 at the determined level on the content of personal printing set information, and a printing number calculation part 15 calculates a total number of pieces of the personal printing set information in a group with respect to each identical set content. A conferee name extraction part 16 extracts names from the personal information corresponding to the personal printing set information in each group, and a printing processing part 17 makes a printing part 4 print printing data of prints each including names based on the personal printing set information on which the content of printing set information by level is reflected with respect to each group.
