PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reclining device for a vehicular seat capable of stabilizing the actuation of a seat back while making the seat back thin. SOLUTION: A tilting bracket 16 is provided, which is equipped with a first rotation shaft 17 journaled to a seat cushion 14a, and a second rotation shaft 18 journaled to a seat back 14b. On the seat back 14b, a back side stopper 24 projecting toward the tilting bracket 16 side is provided. The tilting bracket 16 is provided with a front regulating portion 22a abutting on a front surface of the back side stopper 24, and a rear regulating portion 22b abutting on a rear surface of the back side stopper 24. The front regulating portion 22a is set at a front side position by a first setting angle θ1 from a line q connecting the first rotation shaft 17 and the second rotation shaft 18, and the rear regulating portion 22b is set at a rear side position by a second setting angle θ2 larger than the first setting angle θ1 from the line q.
