PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a defoaming apparatus for ozone-water concentration meters for improving measurement accuracy of the ozone-water concentration meters by removing extremely small foams contained in ozone water sampled to be supplied for the ozone-water concentration meters. SOLUTION: In a constitution in which an ozone-water concentration meter (29) for measuring the concentration of ozone water to be supplied for a device for sterilizing and cleaning apparatus by ozone water is attached to the sterilizing and cleaning device to sample ozone water from an ozone water supply route, to supply it for the ozone-water concentration meter (29), and to measure it, the defoaming apparatus (A) for ozone-water concentration meters is provided for a route which supplies sampled ozone water for the ozone-water concentration meter (29).
