PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily discriminate the fluorescence of a sample itself in a moment by automatically drawing the wavelength region, where light observed as light heterogeneous from the fluorescence of the sample appears, on a contour line graph of a three-dimensional fluorescent spectrum or a two-dimensional graph of the fluorescent spectrum and the intensity of fluorescence as a display excepting region in a spectrofluorometer. SOLUTION: The spectrofluorometer includes the function for automatically calculating the wavelength region of the scattered light, n-order light and 1/n-order light of exciting light, the wavelength region of the Raman scattered light, n-order light and 1/n-order light of a solvent and an anti-Stokes region where fluorescence is not present to draw them on a contour line graph of a three-dimensional fluorescent spectrum or two-dimensional graph of the fluorescent spectrum and the intensity of fluorescence and discriminates the fluorescence peak of the sample itself in a moment without mistake.
