<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suitably perform information transmission and synchronous processing to a client terminal network-connected via a base station or an access point. <P>SOLUTION: Using a communication prediction algorithm, a server predicts whether there is an offline area, in which client terminals are made offline, on a route on which a client terminal moves. Based on a result of the prediction, necessary data are transmitted to or synchronized with the client terminal before the client terminal is made offline, whereby the client terminal can perform a reference, editing, and deletion to the necessary data even in the offline state.
