PURPOSE:To obtain a repellent material effective against rats and cockroaches in high-tech buildings. CONSTITUTION:The objective repellent material for rats and cockroaches is obtained by including 50-150kg/m<3> solution containing 20-90wt.% solvent having 0.05-0.20% weight loss on heating of naphthalene and peppermint oil, 5-40wt.% naphthalene and 5-40wt.% peppermint oil in a urethane foam. Furthermore, the objective repellent material for the rats and cockroaches is prepared by placing the repellent material in a container having 80-400cc/cm<2>/sec air permeability and 250-1000cc/sec total volume of air permeation. |
