A rotor of a magnetic conductor is assembled of sheets made of steel having a high saturation induction, for example, iron-cobalt (49K2A). Rods of both cages, which installed in magnetic conductor slots are made of copper. The rotor is annealed at temperature of magnetic conductor steel annealing, for example (820±10)°С. The asynchronous motor with rotor manufactured in such a way has enhanced energetic characteristic, enhanced performance, enhanced start at saving start current and mass and dimensions of industry analogue. |
