A method for determining residual amounts of propiconazol in grain includes preparing samples to chromatography and identifying the peaks of substances in accordance to the time of retention thereof. While preparing the samples to chromatography, acetone is added, propiconazol is extracted three times with chloroform, the peak height is measured and average value thereof is calculated for each of parallel samples. |
