PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrophotographic device which can record a good quality image free of white clarity or blurred part. SOLUTION: An electrophotographic device is equipped with a photo-sensitive unit 21 having a unit body 31 and a photoreceptor drum 32 supported by the unit body 31, a developing apparatus body 41 coupled with the unit body 31 with possibility of displacement in the directions that they approach and separate from each other, and a developing roller 42 formed by attaching a rubber roller to the periphery of the shaft supported by the developing apparatus body 4, wherein the developing apparatus 22 is configured so that the developing roller 42 is installed in a position to make confronting contact in such a way that it lies parallel with the photoreceptor drum 32, and also a pressurizing mechanism 60 is furnished to apply a force in the direction of approaching the unit body 31 to the body 41 of developing apparatus, and the developing roller 42 is structured so that a groove 45 recessed in the axial direction stretches in the circumferential direction at the end face of the rubber roller. |
