<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image forming device whose usability can be enhanced in a configuration in which a cartridge is detachably attachable to a device body having a drive source to transmit a drive force to the cartridge from the device body, and to provide a cartridge. <P>SOLUTION: In the device body 2, a body transmission part 21 rotates around a rotation axis C, and a body joint 22 supported by the body transmission part 21 rotates around a rotation axis D made to freely intersect with the rotation axis C. In the cartridge 1, a cartridge transmission part 5 rotates around a rotation axis A, and a cartridge joint 6 supported by the cartridge transmission part 5 can rotate around a rotation axis B made to freely intersect with the rotation axis A.
