<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a microlens array having excellent condensing performance to achieve display of recent high-density image even in a constant high-temperature operating environment. <P>SOLUTION: The microlens array includes: a recessed substrate having a plurality of recesses corresponding to a plurality of microlenses on one face side of the substrate; a lens base material filled in the recesses of the recessed substrate; and a surface layer covering at least the recess-forming surface of the recessed substrate, wherein the recessed substrate has projections formed by surrounding with the microlenses. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
