<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an entrance/exit detection device, not only reading tag information but also surely detecting entrance/exit by surely detecting a moving direction of a wireless tag. <P>SOLUTION: The device is equipped with: a first antenna 5 provided in a controlled area 2, an antenna beam 15 of which is turned to a passage 13 through which a recognition object 12 with a wireless tag 7 passes; a second antenna 6, an antenna beam 17 of which is turned to the upstream side or downstream side of the passage 13 from the antenna beam 15 of the antenna 5; reading units 8, 9 connected to the antennas 5, 6 respectively to read tag information of the wireless tag 7; and a determination unit 10 which identifies the recognition object by the tag information read by at least one of the reading units 8, 9, and determines the passing direction of the recognition object 12 based on the detection order of each piece of tag information read by both the reading units 8, 9. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
