PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress deviation of the air flow of open air admitted from an open air intake port to first and second fans during entire open air mode in a blower unit in which the open air intake port is disposed on the upper side, and a fan rotary shaft is arranged to extend vertically. SOLUTION: The blower unit of the vehicle air conditioner includes a guide means 152a for guiding the open air admitted from the open air intake port 13 during the entire open air mode. An open air intake passage 19 extended from the open air intake port 13 to the first fan 172b; an indoor air intake passage 20 extended from an indoor air intake port 14 to the second fan 172c; and a communication port 21 for connecting the open air intake passage 19 and the indoor air intake passage 20 are formed in a case 12. The guide means 152a divides the open air admitted from the open air intake port 13 to the open air intake passage 19, into a flow toward the first fan 172b and a flow toward the communication port 21.
