Provided is a feature extracting device, which: acquires image data to thereby calculate a first pixel feature value and a second pixel feature value different from each other, for every pixels owned by the image data; classifies a set of a first pixel and at least one second pixel different from the first pixel, on at least pixels owned by the image data, by using the first pixel feature value; and calculating and outputting a cooccurrence frequency indicating the frequency, at which the second pixel feature value of the first pixel and the second pixel feature value of the second pixel cooccur, on the sets of the common classification result.
