<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tire mold which highly precisely adjusts a slit width, changes a type of the slit as required, and suppresses the decrease in the slit width by repeating a vulcanization molding. <P>SOLUTION: The tire mold is composed of a plurality of pieces 6 circumferentially arranging an annular molding surface 1a forming a tread surface of the tire. In the tire mold, the slit S open to the molding surface 1a is provided by a shim 11 sandwiched between adjacent pieces 6, a discharge groove 10 communicating with the back surface 6 on the adjacent surfaces 6a of the pieces 6 is provided away from the molding surface 1a, the discharge groove 10 is partially opened to the slit S while covering the discharge groove 10 with the shim 11 to form an discharge passage of the air communicating from the slit S to the discharge groove 10. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
