<p>The device has metallic rings (1) made of dual-rotating metal wires. The metallic rings are connected in node points (2) by spiral springs (4) with a dual tetrahedron (3) of the metal wires so that the dual tetrahedron is placed centrally between the node points of the rings. The rings are arranged symmetric to each other and soldered in the node points. An eyelet is provided at upper and lower ends of the dual tetrahedron and the node points of the rings. The dual tetrahedron is centrally fastened at the eyelet by the springs. A pyramid-like metal base (5) is attached at the node points.</p>
