<p>A concave disk type induction cooker comprises a shell (1), and a concave opening (11) installed on the shell (1). A coil panel (2) is set under the concave opening (11) inside the shell (1). The shapes of the concave opening (11) and the coil panel (2) are both cambered surfaces adapting to the shape of the pan bottom. A pan support (3) is installed on the concave opening, where the position of the pan support (3) is not lower than the position of the fourth ring counted from the uppermost ring of the coil panel (2). In this structure, the pan support is set outside the effective heating zone, therefore the pan support can be made of non-heat-resistant materials, and the cost is reduced.</p> |
