SOLUTION: The far infrared ray generating water producing equipment 1 includes a mineral water producing apparatus 2, the mineral containing water producing apparatus 3, and a mixing tank 46 for mixing mineral containing water 45 produced in the mineral containing water producing apparatus 3 in mineral water 44 produced in the mineral water producing apparatus 2 and forming far infrared ray generating water 47. The mineral water producing apparatus 2 includes a mineral water solution producing means 10 for forming a mineral aqueous solution 41 with water 11 and a mineral imparting material as raw materials, and a far infrared ray generation means 43 for irradiating the mineral water solution 41 obtained in the mineral water solution producing means 10 with far infrared rays and changing it to the mineral water 44.
