PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing an eyebolt lessening an impact applied to the other object by contact of the other object with an eye part of the eyebolt stuck to a target object. SOLUTION: The eye bolt includes: a rod part stuck to the target object; and an annular eye part having a lock means locked to an end part of the rod part. The method for manufacturing the eyebolt includes: an eye part formation step forming the eye part by inserting both end parts of a flexible string-like body 7 into an insertion hole 4b formed at one end part of a tubular body 4'; and a rod part formation step forming a rod part by pressurizing and squeezing the tubular body 4' and pressure-bonding the string-like body 7 with the tubular body 4', while the both end parts of the string-like body 7 are inserted into the insertion hole 4b.
