PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gravity center oscillating system which does not slip off from the top of a force plate, and can properly perform a stepping test. SOLUTION: The gravity center oscillating system 100 includes: the force plate 1 which is equipped with a top board 11 and a three-force-component load cell; and a data processing apparatus 2 which measures the gravity center movement of a subject S conforming to load data which has been output from the three-force-component load cell. On the top board 11, a stepping motion reference marker 12 is installed. The data processing apparatus 2 includes a CPU which calculates a stepping position related parameter in a plurality of times of stepping motions conforming to the stepping position on the top board 11. The CPU calculates the absolute coordinates of the position where the foot sole has touched at the time of each stepping motion for each foot of the right and left feet with a specified position on the top board 11 as the original point, and performs a stepping position variation calculating process wherein the center position and the variation in the longitudinal and lateral directions of the foot sole grounding positions in the plurality of times of stepping motions are calculated.
