<p>The coils are made of wire with thermoplastic insulation. The wire ends (2, 3) are applied with voltage in such manner that they are dipped in a liquid, hot, conductive substance, preferably tin. For this purpose the respective machine has two spoons (14, 15) which can be moved each from a container (8, 9) with a tin bath againt the wire ends. Each spoon is connected to a pole of a current source. Against the spoons move two dipping plungers (16, 17), which provide the dipping of the wire ends into the tin in the spoons. Preferably a pressure ram (20) moves together with the dipping plungers, in order to exert an axial pressure on the coil during baking. The ram is insertable between a coil flange, displaceable on a winding mandrel, and a set ring forming a counter bearing.</p> |
