<p>The articles to be separated are fed as a mass mixed at random into an agitated stream of fluid which carries away one type of article, while the other type sinks in a countercurrent. Spec., the fluid is water conducted in a closed cycle. The device condists of a fluid storage container and an expansion and centrifugal chamber connected by pipelines with the storage container, and a pump recycling the fluid.</p> |
