摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a packaging material for a lithium ion battery which packaging material has superior moldability and impact resistance, has sides and angles that are less apt to break due to cracks upon emboss molding or bending, has superior electrolyte resistance, and at the development of a hydrofluoric acid, prevents the adhesive of an adhesive resin layer from deteriorating and keeps its adhesiveness. SOLUTION: In the packaging material 10 for lithium ion battery is made by overlaying at least an adhesive layer 12; an aluminum foil layer 13; a chemical conversion treatment layer 14; an adhesive resin layer 15 and a sealant layer 16, in the order, on one surface of a base material layer 11, and the adhesive resin layer 15 contains a mixed resin, made of an acid-denaturated styrene-based elastomer resin and an acid-denaturated polyolefin resin; and the acid-denaturated styrene-based elastomer resin (with mass Ma) and the acid-denaturated polyolefin resin (with mass Mb) are mixed, at a mixing ratio (Mb/Ma) of 1.5 to 99.
