PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a channel data transmission method by which quick data transmission is possible, to provide a controller using the method, to provide a control object device, to provide a control system with the same, and to provide a charge/discharge test system. SOLUTION: In the channel data transmission method of serial communication which transmits an instruction to at least a part of control object device of a plurality of control object devices, channel data has address bits individually assigned for each control object device. In addition, in the channel data transmission method, the channel data preferably has at least the number of bits which is the same as the total number of the plurality of control object devices.
