The combination has swabs guided from a storage vessel (7) of a swab dispenser by a guiding device to an area at which body fluid is sucked/absorbed, where the used swabs are guided to a collecting vessel (8) for loaded/used swabs by a reverse-guiding device. The individual swabs are firmly connected with each other by a connecting element e.g. string and strap. The individual swabs are formed in round-, bulk- or ball-shape, or is provided with a continuous surface or structured band. The swabs are made of a fibrous material or a combination of fibrous material and a super-absorbent material.
