<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To restart a process interrupted in a certain image processor, in a different image processor having no function to be used for the process. <P>SOLUTION: A mapping server 30 stores information on alternative function (alternative function information 312) substituting a function of an image processor 10b for a function not provided in the processor 10b. When a job is interrupted in an image processor 10a, interrupted job information including information on functions to be used is registered to a storage server 20. When a user issues an instruction to restart the interrupted job in the other image processor 10b, an interrupted job acquisition unit 304 of the mapping server 30 obtained the interrupted job information from the storage server 20, and a function mapping unit 306 replaces the function not provided in the image processor 10b in the functions contained in the interrupted job information by an alternative function in reference to the alternative function information 312.
