PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress voltage rise at an interconnection point in a distribution system, in which distributed power supplies are especially introduced in a large quantity, without increasing the cost.
SOLUTION: A transformer 5 for power distribution includes a transforming portion adjusting a serving end voltage of the transformer for power distribution, based on a predetermined target voltage value, and a controller 6 which controls the transforming portion by setting the target voltage value to a low value, to such an extent that the voltage of a distributed power supply device receiving the serving end voltage adjusted, according to the target voltage value goes over a lower control limit of a predetermined management range. The distributed power supply device has an inverter that converts a DC power converted from a predetermined energy into an AC power to output it to a power distribution line, and a detection part for detecting the current and voltage of the interconnection point. Moreover, a power generation output control unit is prepared for detecting effective power and reactive power from a detected current and voltage and outputting a delay-phase reactive power, when the detected voltage is equal to or less than a preset threshold.
COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT
|
