<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To lead a user to browsing pages of a Web site or the like even if not actively browsing the pages of the Web site or the like. <P>SOLUTION: The device includes: an RSS registration part which performs setting of an RSS site that is a watch object to an RSS site management database based on information of a user log database storing behavior history data of the user; and a use leading character information providing part which obtains, based on the setting of the RSS site management database, RSS data from a corresponding service providing device, obtains content data from the RSS data, generates use leading character information through data processing, and transmits the use leading character information to the user terminal. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
