PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To overcome a problem that it is difficult to grip a string tightly stretched in parallel with and in contact with an objective surface not only with a hand wearing a working glove but even with a bare hand in use in a conventional ink-pot which leads to lowering in work efficiency due to stress on a worker or time taken for catching the string. SOLUTION: It is difficult to grip the string in parallel with and in contact with the objective surface because human fingers are inherently round. In this ink-pot, the string can be easily moved up and down by operating an operation knob 2.
