PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coin dispensing device capable of accurately measuring the number of stored coins. SOLUTION: The coin dispensing device 3 having a coin tube 6, in which coins are took and stored, and a payout slide 8, which is for extracting the coins stored in the coin tube 6 from a hole opened at the lowest part of the coin tube 6, includes, at a lower part of the coin tube 6, a sensor for detecting the number of coins having a weight sensor 14 and a loading platform 15 which is abutted with the weight sensor 14 or is provided integrally with the weight sensor 14 to receive the coins stored in the coin tube 6.
