PURPOSE: An angle adjusting device with a semi-circular structure of an LED light device is provided to configure products of various shapes by one light device. CONSTITUTION: A main body lamp(2) comprises a plurality of semi-circular protrusions(2a). A semi-circular structure assembly(3) facilitates adjustment of an angle. An angle adjustment fixing washer(4) freely adjusts an angle of the semi-circular structure assembly. The semi-circular protrusions are formed in the main body lamp. A bolt coupling hole(2b) is formed in the semi-circular protrusions. A plurality of LEDs is packaged in a PCB. A reflecting mirror is integrated with a semi-circular structure.
