PURPOSE: A method for predicting drug targeting on pathogenic microorganisms is provided to treat and prevent disease due to pathogenic microorganisms. CONSTITUTION: A method for screening drug targeting enzyme with respect to a microorganism comprises: a step of selecting test microorganisms and constructing metabolism network model of the selected microorganism; a step of determining primary essential metabolite; a step of removing currency metabolite which do not have specificity with the test microorganism; and a step of selecting final essential metabolite.
