摘要 <p>PURPOSE: A nano-structure material including a metal oxide and a method for detecting phosphorus-containing compounds are provided to improve the detection sensitivity of the material by increasing a phosphorus-containing compound absorbent area based on a mesoporous structure. CONSTITUTION: A silicon oxide or a titanium oxide is mixed with surfactant in order to obtain a first mixture. The first mixture is condensed at a first pH value in order to obtain a mesoporous silicon oxide or titanium oxide. Metal or a metal compound is mixed with the mesoporous silicon compound or titanium compound in order to obtain a second mixture. The second mixture is controlled into a second pH value. The second mixture is undergone through a heterogeneous nucleation process to obtain a silicon oxide or titanium oxide nano-structure material(17).</p>
