PURPOSE: A data receiving method and device thereof are provided to effectively receive data by using control information. CONSTITUTION: An RF(Radio Frequency) unit(53) transmits or receives a wireless signal. A processor(51) is connected to the RF unit. The processor detects a PDCCH(Physical Downlink Control Channel) which transmits control information in a first sub frame. The processor receives data in at least one second sub frame based on the control information.
