PURPOSE: A non-trapped rapid pass machine is provided to make traffic flow smooth by installing an elastic structure with a spring movable to the moving direction of a vehicle. CONSTITUTION: A non-trapped rapid pass machine includes an elastic structure(1) with a spring movable to the moving direction of a vehicle. The non-trapped rapid pass machine helps a user to receive a ticket from a ticketing machine without stopping a vehicle.
