PURPOSE: A hot compacted iron manufacturing apparatus and a molten iron manufacturing apparatus including the same are provided to prevent the leakage of cooling fluid from a roll tire being rotated at high temperature by securely sealing the roll tire containing cooling fluid. CONSTITUTION: A hot compacted iron manufacturing apparatus comprises a roll core(30) with a shaft(301) and a roll tire(20) which surrounds the roll core and has a concave portion to compress powder into compacted iron. A cooling channel(3011) in which a fluid for cooling the roll tire flows is formed on the boundary face where the roll tire and the roll core contact each other. A sealing groove(10) is located separate from the cooling channel in order to seal the boundary face.
