PURPOSE: A functional liquid composition containing lactic acid bacteria, and a producing method thereof are provided to offer the alcoholytic function and the lipolytic function to the composition. CONSTITUTION: A producing method of a functional liquid composition containing lactic acid bacteria comprises the following steps: boiling medical herbs for 10~14hours, and cooling to obtain a medical herb extract; inserting the lactic acid bacteria into the medical herb extract; settling the mixture for 48~62hours at 25~35deg C, to obtain the functional liquid composition with the lactic acid bacteria; and filtering the functional liquid composition to remove the medical herbs and foreign materials.
