PURPOSE: A heating mirror, a heating mirror assembly, and a method for preventing condensation using the same are provided to maintain high thermal efficiency by forming a heating layer using carbon nanotube. CONSTITUTION: A heating mirror comprises: a base plate(10); a reflecting surface(20) which is attached to one side of the base plate and reflects light; a heating layer(30) which is arranged in one side of the reflecting surface and consists of carbon nanotube; a protective layer(40) which is formed in order to protect the heating layer; and a color change layer in which the color thereof changes according to the temperature of the heating layer.
