PURPOSE: An advertisement method using color ring based on mobile communication network is provided to maximize the advertisement expenses comparison advertizing effect of an advertiser. CONSTITUTION: An inputted text is converted in voice by using a voice synthesis technology. The converted voice is recorded and an audio file is generated(S7). The color ring sound source and the selected voice are generated as one advertisement sound source(S8). The purchase of the advertisement sound source file is manufactured through previous listening(S9). Advertisement sound source data is registered in an advertisement sound source server(S12).
