OXYGEN PULVERIZED COAL BURNER APPARATUS

PURPOSE: A pulverized-coal combusting apparatus using pure oxygen is provided to ensure stability against oxygen explosion by preventing too high concentration of oxygen of secondary or tertiary oxidizer since oxygen is injected through a nozzle. CONSTITUTION: A pulverized-coal combusting apparatus using pure oxygen comprises a pulverized-coal burner(15), a pulverized-coal and primary-oxidizer supply unit(1), secondary/tertiary oxidizer bypass supply units(3,4), a pure-oxygen supply unit(2), a pure-oxygen injection nozzle(6) and secondary and tertiary oxidizer outlets(7,8). The pulverized-coal burner sprays the air or the oxidizer through the pulverized-coal and primary-oxidizer supply unit and the secondary/tertiary oxidizer bypass supply unit. The pulverized-coal is provided with the primary oxidizer through the pulverized-coal and primary-oxidizer supply unit. The oxidizer is mixed with re-circulated exhaust gas and the oxygen and is supplied to the oxidizer supply units.
