PURPOSE: A synthetic-resin multi-layered pipe having partitions, a manufacturing device thereof and a molding method of the pipe are provided to enhance the appearance of a hollow cell on the inner partition of a triple pipe. CONSTITUTION: A synthetic-resin multi-layered pipe(15) comprises an outer wall(151), an inner wall(152), an intermediate wall(156), and inner and outer partitions(153,154). The intermediate wall is formed between the outer wall and the inner wall. The outer partitions are formed between the outer and intermediate walls along the circumference in a longitudinal direction. The inner partitions are formed between the inner and intermediate walls along the circumference in a longitudinal direction.
