SOLUTION: A medical information mediating center 100 performs negotiation for allowing an SR1 individual 41 to obtain medical information held in an SR1 hospital 11 through a network 1, and receives the medical information from the SR1 hospital 11 through the network 1, and transfers it through the network 1 to the SR1 individual 41. It is necessary for subscribers to make a contract only with the medical information mediating center 100, and it is not necessary for those subscribers to make any complicated contract with each other. Also, it is not necessary to investigate the characteristics of the subscribers. |
