The method involves coiling a reinforcement material in the form of bands (18) or fibers at an extruding cylindrical tube core. The tube core is made of plastic continuously and is extruded in endless manner. The tube core has only axial feed. The separated pipe section is displaced in rotation and coils a large reinforcement material at the pipe section during simultaneous axial feed.
