PURPOSE: A hydrogen generator and the application of the same are provided to secure the uniform distribution of temperature in case of a vapor reforming reaction and be used as normal fuel. CONSTITUTION: A hydrogen generator(1) is composed of a reforming zone(16), a pre-heating zone(14), and heat supply source. The reforming zone includes a reforming catalyst in order to implement a vapor reforming reaction for generating hydrogen. The heat supply source supplies heat required for the pre-heating zone and the reforming zone. The reforming zone and the pre-heating zone are separated by a first medium. The first medium includes at least about 60W/m-K thermal conductivity. |
