DYE-SENSITIZED SOLAR CELL HAVING ORGANIC-INORGANIC HYBRID PHOTONIC CRYSTAL

摘要

PURPOSE: A dye-sensitized solar cell with an organic-inorganic hybrid photonic crystal is provided to selectively reflect a wavelength band of solar light that a dye absorbs, thereby increasing photoelectric conversion efficiency of the dye-sensitized solar cell. CONSTITUTION: A porous semiconductor layer is located on the first electrode(115). A dye(125) is combined with the porous semiconductor layer. An organic-inorganic hybrid photonic crystal layer is arranged on the porous semiconductor layer. The organic-inorganic hybrid photonic crystal layer includes a block copolymer film and a metallic oxide. The second electrode(150) is arranged on the photonic crystal layer.
