PURPOSE: An inner and outer coupling device for a fuel cell is provided to prevent the bending(concave or convex) of the inner side and the outer side of the fuel cell while not increasing a size of the fuel cell. CONSTITUTION: An inner and outer coupling device for a fuel cell includes: an inner and outer coupling device for a inner coupling unit which passes through many parts of the fuel cell and maintains a constant shape by applying the pressure in an inside direction of the fuel cell; and an exterior coupling unit(600) which restricts the movement in a spacing direction of the parts by the coupling with an end plate(100) forming a part of an outer tube of the fuel cell.
