<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transparent conductive film which is excellent in all of electrical conductivity, optical transparency, and smoothness, by an easy process. <P>SOLUTION: A transparent conductive film 1 includes: an auxiliary electrode layer 11 provided with auxiliary metal wiring 21 having a plurality of openings 20, and a transparent resin 31 filling at least the openings 20; and a conductive resin layer 12 formed on the auxiliary electrode layer 11.
